| Abstract: | As an important part of technical management system,the performance evaluation for technical personnel is a basic operation mechanism to ensure the efficient technical work.Nowadays,many units and departments are working on this field to get a scientific,objective,and fair-minded solution.The concept and significance for the technical personnel performance evaluation are studied,and the index system and common evaluation methods are discussed. |
