| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业开发区是提高我国自主创新能力的重要载体。利用数据包络分析法(DEA)对我国53个国家高新区的技术创新效率进行了测度,并对影响高新区技术创新效率的因素进行了Tobit回归分析,发现科技投入支出强度等7个变量对提高技术创新效率具有显著正向作用,产业集群度、高新区规模等5个变量对技术创新效率产生了显著负面影响。这种分析为通过影响相关变量的水平来提高高新区技术创新效率提供了可能。
