| 摘 要： | 本文阐明了核心技术对于企业核心能力的重要意义。指出核心技术不仅是企业核心能力的重要构成部分 ,而且是核心能力转化为竞争优势的关键。在分析目前我国R&D资源和效率状况基础上 ,确定了重点研究开发核心技术的R&D战略。最后 ,根据技术研究与开发的一般规律和企业核心能力的内在要求 ,给出了选择核心技术进行自主研究与开发应考虑的因素。

| Abstract: | The paper clarifies the important meaning of core technology for enterprises' core competency. It shows the core technology is not only an important part of core competency but also the key of changing the core competency into competition advantages. On the basis of analyzing conditions of R&D resource and efficiency of China, the R&D strategies of mainly researching and developing core technology are determined. Finally, according to the general R&D rules and internal requests of enterprises' core competency, factors for selecting the core technology are given. |
