| 摘 要： | 在服务创新20多年的研究历程中，学者们从不同角度、运用不同工具对服务创新的理论和实践进行了研究。本文在回顾服务创新研究历史的基础上，对现有的两种服务创新研究方法分类进行阐述，以此揭示服务创新的研究轨迹和方法演变。
