| 摘 要： | 企业知识存量是保持企业竞争优势的可持续的资源，建立企业知识存量的评价指标体系，并根据企业知识存量部分已知，部分未知的特性，运用灰关联分析方法对企业知识存量进行综合评价，对客观评估企业知识创新能力、加强知识管理、调整知识创新战略具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Knowledge stocks are sustainable resource for enterprises to remain competitive advantage. It is significative to set up assessment index system and according to the characteristics of knowledge stocks, value comprehensively the knowledge stocks with grey relational analysis, Which help to assess the knowledge innovational capability, enhance knowledge measurement and adjust knowledge innovational strategy. |
