| 摘 要： | 文章简单回顾了一百年来中国大学学科改造所经历的模式转换与传统调适的曲折过程，并指出了现阶段在全球化和中国进入WTO的大背景下的大学学科所存在的一些严重问题。同时尤为重要的是，在充分注意到已有的相关实践和学术成果，进一步给出了其一系列相应建设性对策。 |

| Abstract: | This article reviews the tortuous process of the subject remodeling of Chinese universities for 100 years and points out some serious problems about it on the backdrop of globalization and China entry into WTO. Furthermore, it offers a series of correspondingly constructive stratagems under the help of some ready-made practical experience and academic outcome. |
