| 摘 要： | 摘要：本文以我国制造业部分行业的大中型企业为研究对象，对其新产品开发（NPD）过程中模糊前端（FFE）创新的关键因素进行了大样本研究。在文献分析基础上，提出了本文的研究框架和理论假设，构建了FFE创新要素与NPD项目绩效之间的因果关系模型。根据对160家我国制造企业NPD项目的调查数据，运用AMOS验证模型，得出3个重要结论：FFE阶段技术不确定性和市场不确定性的降低与NPD项目的效率和效力有不同程度的正面影响；其二，初始规划强度与技术和市场不确定性的降低有不同程度的正面影响；最后，相对于消费品企业而言，工业品企业的管理层更容易做出对降低市场不确定性有显著效果的初始规划。
