| 摘 要： | 基本科研业务费的投入使得学院的科研经费规模提高，如何合理有效地使用科研经费，对于高校的科研发展具有重要的意义。本文从资源利用效率的角度出发，根据学科的差异性，选取某高校9个学院中的7个理工科学院为研究对象，利用主成分分析法和数据包络分析的方法建立指标体系，对已有校基金2003年-2008年的科研成果进行评价，为基本科研业务费的使用提供部分建议。
