| 摘 要： | 企业家精神是中小企业创立和发展过程的重要影响因素，它对企业外部的组织和个人也产生影响。本文从外部性的角度探讨论企业家活动和精神对区域经济发展的作用，从解剖麻雀式的案例分析中得出了企业家精神具有外部经济性的结论，并同时分析了这种经济性形成的框架，讨论了动力与转化机制。文章认为，要实现企业将精神的外部经济性，文化输入起到关键的促进作用，而企业家活动、员工跨组织流动和企业衍生等则是经济形成的主要途径。文章最后指出了研究可能存在的问题，为后续研究假设提供了基础。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship is one of the most influential factors in the evolution process of SMEs. This paper, by analyzing the evolution process of Liushi industrial cluster, concludes that entrepreneurship do have external effect beyond individual and organization boundary. Based upon this analysis, the study provides a framework which facilitates discussions on the formation, activation and transformation of entrepreneurial externality. Our findings show that industrial culture is an important medium for the phenomenon to take effect, while entrepreneurial activities, employees' flows between organization and firm derivation are three basic approaches. Finally, possible further research directions are also noted. |
