| 摘 要： | 摘要：随着技术在经济发展中重要性的提升，拥有技术优势的一方常常对不拥有该技术的一方构成严重的威胁。结合具体的技术事件案例，本文对存在于组织之间的技术威胁展开了系统的研究，包括其生成机理、定义和特征等。从技术发展不平衡类型的角度出发，本文将技术威胁类型划分为技术差距威胁、技术差异威胁和技术研发威胁。为对技术威胁大小进行分析，本文还进一步建立了技术威胁影响因素的三维模型。
