| 摘 要： | 运用扎根理论的质化研究方法,识别出开放式创新模式下创新资源共享的影响因素,形成由90个一级主题词、36个副范畴、4个主范畴(环境变量、资源共享渠道、创新资源需求和资源池)与1个核心范畴(开放式创新模式下的创新资源共享)构成的脉络体系,明晰各主范畴的作用机理,并以宝洁公司实践开放式创新的案例加以佐证。研究表明:开放式创新模式下资源共享是以环境变量为因果条件、资源共享渠道的构建为中介条件和桥梁、创新资源需求和资源池为行动/互动策略的脉络。最后,指出研究的应用价值与未来研究方向。
