| 摘 要： | 摘要：文章探讨了知识并购中如何选择并购目标的问题。知识并购的真正目标是目标组织的嵌入知识。首先，分析了嵌入知识的心理机制和基本特征。其次，从嵌入知识转移和整合的角度分析了影响并购目标选择的因素，并得出了八个有助于组织并购决策的推论。
