摘要：提高公民对电子政务服务的采纳意向是促进电子政务发展的重要途径。为了探查我国电子政务公民采纳意向的影响因素，本研究构建了电子政务服务公民采纳模型，并通过问卷方式采集了630个有效样本数据，运用结构方程建模方法对模型进行了检验。研究结果表明：（1）相对优势和相容性、自我效能在三个服务层次上对公民采纳意向均有显著影响；认知度、对政府的信任和感知信任分别在基本信息、信息交流、事务处理服务层上对公民的采纳意向产生显著影响。（2）感知信任的三个前因分别为：对互联网的信任、对政府的信任和认知度。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Enhancing citizen adoptionintentionis an important approach for e-government development in China. A model for citizen adoption of e-government servicesin China is construced. The research model is empirically validated based on 630 samples by using structural equation modeling technique. The results showthat: (1) perceived relative advantage and compatibility, self-efficacy play significant roles in citizen’s adoption intention at all three service levels, i.e., basic information, information exchange, and transaction processing services; awareness, trust in government, and perceived trust significantly affectcitizen’sadoption intention at three differentlevels, respectively; (2) the three antecedents of perceived trust are trust in Internet, trust ingovernment, and awareness. |
