| 摘 要： | 本在汲取众多的企业管理理论精华的基础上，开创性地提出了企业集成创新的战略模式，补充了企业从模仿到创新的过程中战略模式应用的缺憾。理论的建立来源于企业管理研究人员对企业适应新形势下的市场竞争的管理理论基础，同时还来源于国际和国内的企业在实际运作过程中创造出来的经验、思路。本以企业内部运转的三个组成部分构成整个分析框架，分别对技术集成、知识集成和组织集成进行了研究。通过对整个分析框架的综合研究，提出了集成创新的评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Strategic patterns of integrated innovation in enterprises are put forward in this paper on the base of multiple management theories. Integration offsets the deficit in the process from imitation to final innovation. The paper is based on the theories and thoughts developed by operating managers. An analytic framework is constructed on three basic elements. including technology integration, knowledge integration and organization integration, and the evaluation index system is established upon this framework. |
