| Abstract: | This book discusses the necessity of working Out a funding and financing policy on collegiate S&T enterprises. The book also challenges the prevalent viewpoint that the development of collegiate S&T enterprises is not worthwhile. On the contrary, the collegiate S&T enterprises should be greatly encouraged to promote its progress. Meanwhile, the book put forward several Problems which should be paid attention to when formulating the funding and financing ploicy on collegiate S&T enterprises. |
