| 摘 要： | 信息系统在建立过程中需要考虑多方面的因素，作为基础性环节的技术模型选择如果可以做到在技术性能上、组织适应上二者兼顾，那么将极大地促进系统的成功实施，并为用户信息系统的进一步发展打好基础。在技术性能上，可以从技术模型本身的效率和效果两方面综合分析；而另一方面，在组织适应上，可以从研究组织的四种变化形式和组织建设信息系统的两种类型着手，然后在此基础上针对不同类型在不同情况下的选择问题进行具体研究。

| Abstract: | A lot of factors must be taken into account in the process of information system construction. As the fundamental stage, the selection of the technology model, which covers the technology capability and organization flexibility, will greatly help the system implementing successfully and enhance the basis of the customer information system to develop further. On one side of the technology capability, the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology model are the important factors; on the other side of the organization flexibility, the four forms of the organization and the two forms of information system construction might be studied at the first, then the problem of selection can be studied according to different forms in different situations. |
