| 摘 要： | 动态联盟将是21世纪的主要组织模式，合作伙伴参与动态联盟的一个重要目的就是为了获得更多的经济利益，因此，利益分配是否合理将直接关系到动态联盟的绩效发挥，动态联盟是一种全新的合作模式，因此一些献已提出采用对策理论来解决虚拟企业利益分配问题，但考虑动态联盟利益分配过程也是一个群决策的过程，是一个使合作伙伴的满意达到最优的过程，因此，本提出采用Nash谈判模型利益分配方法，并举例说明。

| Abstract: | The Dynamic Alliance will become the main organization of 21 st century. The partners take part in the Dynamic Alliance in order to attain more advantage. Therefore, that it the Dynamic Alliance can allocate the benefit reasonably will affect the achievement of the Virtual Enterprise. The Dynamic Alliance is a new teamwork model, so a few literatures have begun to research it .The paper think that the benefit allocation of Dynamic Alliance is a process of Group Decision Making (GDM), so this paper put forward the Nash Negotiation Model to allocate the Benefit of the Dynamic Alliance. In the end, this method is simulated. |
