| 摘 要： | 关于企业规模与R&D的关系 ,国外学者已做过不少研究 ,但至今仍无定论。本文采用实证分析的方法分别考察企业规模与R&D活动投入产出之间的关系。发现企业规模与R&D投入之间的关系不是一两个简单的方程所能描述的 ,运用新的研究方法发现企业规模会影响R&D启动概率和投入强度 ;企业规模与R&D产出之间的关系可以用Worley的模型来描述。

| Abstract: | Several scholars have studied the relationship between enterprise scale and A&D,but so far there has still no definite conclusion. This paper studied the relationship between enterprise scale and the input of A&D and that between enterprise scale and the out put of A&D sparately with the method of positive analysis. Then it found that enterprise scale may affect the input of A&D in two aspects: the probability of the enterprise to carry out A&D and the intensity of the input of A&D. The relationship between enterprise scale and the output of A&D can be described with Worley's model. |
