| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,企业以网络的形式参与竞争,其竞争优势也源于企业网络。企业网络理论研究的出现最初只是对传统的企业理论提出置疑,随着战略学者、社会学者的加入,开始在融合多学科的基础上以经济学、战略理论、社会学为主要维度融合发展。网络研究领域主要集中在网络构建、网络治理、网络绩效等方面展开。

| Abstract: | In the knowledge economy era,the business network becomes the center of business activities.At first,the network research only challenged the traditional firm theory.But with the joining of researchers coming from strategy and sociology,it develops a lot with several theories becoming the basis of the research: the economics,strategic theory,and sociology.The network formation,network governance,and network performance form the main content of network research. |
