| 摘 要： | 随着竞争的不断加剧,金融服务业越来越注重创新。然而,创新过度或创新不足都不利于金融业的健康发展,现有研究并未厘清金融服务业创新与绩效之间的相互关系。本文通过对沪、浙、京、粤等地171家金融企业的调查,实证分析了金融业创新活动与企业绩效的相关关系。结果表明:我国金融业的创新活动能够显著提升绩效,提高创新频率比增加创新投入对绩效的提升作用更为显著;金融企业开展的创新活动对成长绩效的促进作用比技术绩效更为显著;而且改进技术绩效能有效促进成长绩效的提升。

| Abstract: | With growing competition, financial service industry pays more attention to innovation. However, excessive or insufficient innovation is not conducive to the healthy development of the financial sector. While existing research has not make it clear what is the relationship between innovation and performance in financial service industry. This paper, based on the survey data collected from 171 financial firms of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing and Guangdong, empirically studied the correlation between innovation activities and performance in the financial sector. The results show that financial innovation activities can significantly improve performance and, enhancing innovation frequency plays more significant role than increasing innovation input. Financial firms' innovation activities can improve growth performance more significantly comparing technical performance. Also, improving technical performance can effectively promote growth performance. |
