| 摘 要： | 本文从开放式创新的视角,以虚拟整合网络为载体,探究企业的网络能力通过获取知识资源提高创新绩效的内部机理并提出研究假设,通过问卷调查收集了195家企业的数据并应用多元回归分析来检验所提出的假设。结果表明,网络感知能力对网络整合能力和网络调适能力有显著正影响。网络整合能力和网络调适能力对显性知识资源获取和隐性知识资源获取具有正影响,隐性知识资源获取与企业创新绩效显著正相关。研究发现,企业只具有感知能力是不能为企业带来很好的业绩,只有当感知能力与企业的流程、资源有机结合在一起,才能为企业赢得竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of open innovation, the paper proposes the hypotheses of relationship among virtual integration network capability, knowledge resources access and innovation performance. These hypotheses are tested by using regressions analysis method with date collected from 195 enterprises. The results show that the network perception capability has a significant positive effect on network integration capability and network adaptive capability. Network integration capability and network adaptive capability have a positive influence on achieving explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge resources access and enterprises' innovation performance are significantly positive related. All the results indicate that during the integration of virtual network, only perception capability cannot bring excellent performance for enterprises. Enterprises will achieve the competitive advantage only when the perception capability, enterprise process, and enterprises' resources are unified together. |
