摘    要:本文在探索国内外研究现状和现有科技资源配置模式的基础上,研究提出科技资源的市场配置模式。基于SFA方法开展全国和江苏科技资源市场配置效率的评价与实证研究,结果表明我国科技资源市场配置效率的平均水平还较低,江苏省内苏南、苏中、苏北地区科技资源市场配置效率水平差异较大。最后,提出促进科技资源市场配置的对策建议。

Abstract:On the basis of exploring the existing science and technology resources allocation mode and the research status at home and abroad, this paper put forward the science and technology resources market allocation mode. Based on SFA method, an evaluation and empirical study of science and technology resources market allocation efficiency is carried out. Results show that the average level of science and technology resources market allocation efficiency in our country is low, and the level of science and technology resources market allocation efficiency in the south of Jiangsu differs much from that in the middle and north of Jiangsu. At last, some countermeasures are put forward.
