| 摘 要： | 科技人才评价是科研管理工作的重要内容,是促进科技人才资源开发和管理的重要手段,本文以科技人才概念界定为基础,深入剖析了我国科技人才评价现状及存在问题,进而对科技人才评价过程进行分解,对现有的科技人才评价方法进行分类和述评,指出科技人才评价的关键在于对评价方法的选择和创新,这为完善科技人才评价方法体系,提高科研管理工作效率提供了明确的研究思路和研究方向。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of scientific and technical talents is the important part of science research management,and it is the important means to promote the scientific and technical talents' development and management.Based on the definition of scientific and technical talent,the status quo and existing problems in the scientific and technical talents' evaluation in China are analyzed,the evaluation process of the scientific and technical talents is decomposed,and the existing evaluation methods are classified and reviewed.Then it is pointed out that the key lies in the innovation and choice of the evaluation methods.Finally,the right research direction for improving the evaluation method system and raising efficiency of science research management are provided. |
