| 摘 要： | 作为创新推动者、传播者和发起者,知识密集型服务业(KIBS)承担着企业服务创新合作者的角色,也越来越多地渗透到企业中,与各种不同的主体进行创新合作,并与客户企业进行高度的互动。本文从KIBS与合作者的互动入手,基于中国KIBS合作创新主体和创新活动类型的现状调查,对KIBS与合作者合作创新进行分行业分析,由此深入探讨互动的作用和影响因素,从而为KIBS企业改善服务方式、提高创新效率提供了依据。
