| 摘 要： | 企业的核心竞争力在企业竞争中占有越来越重要的地位 ,它是企业竞争优势的源泉 ,是企业在竞争中制胜的法宝。核心竞争力具有很强的稳定性 ,但它仍然会发展变化 ,具有生命周期。本文以核心竞争力生命周期的特点和形成机理为研究的重要内容。希望找到核心能力的变化规律 ,以便解读核心竞争力发展变化的密码 ,为企业保持和发展核心竞争力提供帮助

| Abstract: | Enterprise's core competitive ability is becoming more and more important in competition. And it is the headspring of an enterprise' predominance. It is also a magic weapon for an enterprise to win in competition. Enterprise's key competitive ability is stability. But it also develops. It has its infancy, adolescence and agedness, so we can conclude that it has its lifecycle. This paper tells about the lifecycle of the key competitive ability. It tries to find how the enterprise's key abilities change and how the lifecycle be formed. |
