| 摘 要： | 研究开发的合作日益得到理论研究人员和实际科技工作者的重视。本文论述了研究开发合作的原因，并从技术的外溢性角度理论上进一步分析了研究开发合作，在此基础上讨论了研究开发合作的各种组织形式，如技术联合体。

technology spillover in theory. At last, the paper discusses the organizational modes of
R&D cooperation, especially technology consortium. |
