| 摘 要： | 出口信用保险是为世界贸易组织所承认的国际通行的政府扶持本国企业的政策性手段。我国由财政部拔付的风险基金已不能满足出口信用保险的不断增长的需求，从而也影响了出口信用保险促进出口作用的发挥。本文主要是从数量上对未来若干年的出口贸易总额和出口信用保险承保额进行预测，从而对我国出口信用保险风险基金的数量进行确定，以期为有关决策部门提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Export credit insurance (ECI) is the WTO-recognized an d world-popular policy means that aims to support domestic export corporations. The risk fund appropriated by China's Finance Ministry now can't satisfy the in creasing need of ECI and will then affect the ECI's promoting-export functions. This paper first forcasts China's export volumn and ECI insured amount in the n ext few years on the basis of the factors that affects ECI risk fund. Then the a ppropriate numer of China's ECI risk fund is determined in order to provide basi s for the relative desion institutions. |
