| 摘 要： | 基于复杂自适应系统(CAS)理论,首先探讨了企业战略柔性的界定及其构成要素,并运用适应性图像揭示了构成要素之间、要素与整体之间的关系.然后,分析了企业战略柔性进化的动力机制和条件,构建了基于CAS视角的企业战略柔性进化机制模型.最后,指出了研究结论对我国企业战略柔性实践的管理启示.

| Abstract: | First,this paper discusses the definition of strategic flexibility of corporation(SFC),analyzes its intrinsic structure,and uses fitness landscape to analyze interactions of SFC and relationships between elements and whole of SFC in detail.Then according to the theory of complex adaptive system(CAS),this paper analyzes the evolution dynamic and condition of SFC,and constructs an evolution mechanism model of SFC.At last some conclusions and management suggestions are put forward. |
