| 摘 要： | 近年来,外资为进入中国银行业,大力实现其低成本扩张和本土化发展战略,纷纷参股并购中资银行,这给中国银行业的发展,既带来了机遇也带来了挑战。本文从经济学角度分析外资并购中资银行的行为,指出应尽快解决外资并购中存在的问题,并从银行和政府两个不同角度提出相关建议。
