| 摘 要： | 本文以中国实际营运上市公司的财务比率为依据，从１２０个分析研究样本中推导建立起一个财务危机判别分析模型。该模型可直接应用于实际，是银行、投资者和基金经理们作财务危机、信用风险预警分析及企业综合业绩评价的有效工具。
