| 摘 要： | 环境库兹涅茨曲线假定污染与收入之间存在倒U型关系。本文通过构建微观模型和实证研究得出，污染治理的规模收益递增是导致这一现象的最基本原因，对环境境库兹涅茨曲线的很多现有解释都可以包括在该模型中。

| Abstract: | Environmental Kuznets curve hypothesizes that pollution follows a inverse-U-shaped pattern relative to countrys'income. We present a micro model of this relationship and find that the increasing returns to pollution abatement is the basic reason for EKC. Many other explanations for EKC can be included in this model. |
