| 摘 要： | 针对供应链整体绩效评价存在的问题和难点，提出了按产品的需求特征对供应链进行分类研究的思路，基于区分战略将供应链分为大批量需求类型和小批量个性化需求类型，并在分类的基础上确定了两类供应链绩效评价的重点，构建了强调供应链能力和潜力的评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the problems and difficulties, which existed in the performance evaluation of the whole supply chain, A study thinking was presented classified study of supply chain according to different kinds of the production's demand characteristic. Based on distinction strategy, the supply chain can be divided into the type of mass demand and the type of small demand or individuation, then determine the focal point of the two different kinds of performance evaluation of supply chain, constructed the system of evaluate index which emphasis the supply chain's power and potential. |
