| 摘 要： | 基于冗余资源的有限理性来源观，建立了企业决策方式与不同类型组织冗余之间的关系模型，利用河南省283家制造企业的数据，初步检验了目前制造业企业三种冗余资源与程序化决策和非程序化决策之间的关系。研究结果显示，物质资源冗余和人力资源冗余与非程序化决策具有显著的正相关关系，而关系资源冗余则与程序化决策具有显著的正相关关系；研究表明，不断改进程序化决策有利于企业减少物质资源冗余和人力资源冗余，却可能增加企业的关系资源冗余。本文的研究结果为组织冗余的有限理性来源观提供了初步的支持。

Source and Characteristic of Different Slack Resource: An Empirical Analysis Based on Decision·making Perspective |

| Abstract: | Based on the view of slack resource "bounded rationality"。this paper established a model for the relationship between types of decision-making and organizational slack,confirmed physical and human slack resources of China's manufacturing enterprises mainly attribute to non-programmed decision activities,while relations slack resources attribute to programmed decision activities.Improving of programmed decision-making is beneficial to reduce physical and human slack,while increases relations slack.This paper also divided slack into three types,physical slack,human slack and relations slack according to specific form of slack resources,and respectively select index to measure three variables.Using 283 manufacturing enterprises in Henan province and established model,the result show that,programmed deci-sion-making is negatively associated with physical and human slack,positively associated with relations slack;non-pro-grammed decision-making is positively associated with physical and human slack,negatively associated with relation slack.Thus.these results provide support for the view of slack resource "bounded rationality". |
