| 摘 要： | 我国物流业在快速成长的同时也暴露出一些产业组织方面的问题。本文运用SCP分析范式对我国物流业的产业组织特征进行分析。研究结果表明,尽管我国大型物流企业的市场份额在逐年增加,但物流业的市场集中度仍然很低。低端物流市场进入壁垒低下,使得社会资本在短期内大量涌入,形成以价格竞争为主要手段的残酷竞争状态,并导致行业的平均利润率低下,物流市场绩效有待改善。本文进一步利用多元统计分析方法对我国物流业市场结构与市场绩效的关系进行了实证分析。最后,对我国物流业改进产业组织结构,提高市场绩效提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | Accompany with the rapid development of China's logistics Industry,there exposes some problems that correlated with Industrial organization.By using SCP,this paper analyzes the characteristics of China logistics industry organization.The result shows: although the market shares of large logistics companies are increasing in these years,but the market centralization is still low.The lower bulwark of entry into the low end market causes the social capital over flows into this market in a short period.The way of severe price competition makes the industrial average profit is low.The logistics market performance needs to be improved.By empirical research,the paper also analyzes the relation of market structure and market performance.In the last,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the logistics industrial organization and the market performance. |
