| 摘 要： | 知识日益成为企业的重要生产资源。知识集成也已经成为企业管理的重要内容。本文首先分析了知识集成的涵义，其次探讨了知识集成的条件。在此基础上。构建了基于认识论的知识集成的SECI模型和基于本体论的ITOI模型。

| Abstract: | Knowledge has increasing become the key product resources, and knowledge integration has been the important content of enterprise management. This paper firstly analyzes the meaning of the knowledge integration, secondly it discusses the condition of knowledge integration, then the model of SECI based on epistemological and ITOI based on ontological of knowledge integration is set up. |
