| 摘 要： | 本文利用博弈、规划的方法，分析了绿色制造模式实施的价值及其实施的困境，指出了代际公平观是实施绿色制造模式的伦理基础，同时指出了市场激励、政府激励及制造团队内部的激励是实施绿色制造的基本动力。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the values of green manufacturing and the difficulties during its applying by games and planning. It shows that the view of equity between generations is the ethical basis of green manufacturing. Meanwhile it shows that the prompting of market,government and manufacturing team is the driving force of green manufacturing. |
