摘 要: | 在对师傅和徒弟行为特点分析的基础上,借鉴SECI知识转化理论和组织学习理论分析师傅向徒弟转移隐性知识的微观过程,目的在于以知识管理领域较为成熟的理论为指导,将抽象的师徒间知识转移过程进行直观描述,以期为我国企业师徒制的理论研究和实践指导提供参考。

Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the behavioral characteristics of mentors and protégés,this paper uses the theory of SECI knowledge transfer and the theory of organizational learning for reference to analyze the microscopic processes of tacit knowledge transfer from mentors to protégés.Its purpose is to describe the abstract knowledge transfer process between mentors and protégés intuitively by using the relatively matured theory in knowledge management field as the guideline so as to provide reference for the theoretical study and practical guidance of the enterprise mentoring program in China. |
