| 摘 要： | 文章在综合分析现有数字资源评估方法的基础上,结合国防科技信息数字资源特征,从资源内容、质量、成本效益、易用性、售后服务等方面探讨国防科技信息数字资源评估内容。通过指标综合评价法分析各指标权重,构建国防科技信息数字资源评估指标体系,并实际运用于某信息机构数字资源的评估中,为该机构年度资源采购方案提出了切实有效的建议。

Research on the Evaluation of National Defense Science and Technology Information Digital Resources |

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing digital resource evaluation methods,combined with the characteristics of national defense science and technology information digital resource,this paper discusses the content of national defense science and technology information digital resource evaluation from the aspects of resource content,quality,cost-effectiveness,usability,after-sales service,etc.The weight of each index is analyzed by the index comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation index system of national defense science and technology information digital resources is built.This system is applied to the evaluation of digital resources of an information institution,and provides practical and effective suggestions for its annual resource procurement program. |
