| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术、出版技术、存储技术和网络技术的发展,图书馆的馆藏体系结构发生了明显而深刻的变化,数字资源已经成为图书馆文献资源建设的重要组成部分.数字资源的采购流程与印刷型文献的采购流程有很大不同,需要处理的可变因素更多.本文对数字资源的采购流程,数字资源采购的原则,数字资源的收集、试用、评估、谈判、订购等方面做了具体的讨论.
