| 摘 要： | 本文分析了信息网络传播权的特点和图书出版者相关权利的含义，在厘清它们之间的关系的基础上对纸书上网的版权问题进行探讨。本文旨在促进图书出版者、图书馆等关注《信息网络传播权保护条例》的立法进程。
