| 摘 要： | 本文从信息生态的角度入手,分析了信息生态因子对企业在信息及知识组织过程中的影响,从微观和宏观的层面构建了企业在信息生态环境当中的信息组织模型。通过构造企业的知识构建及流程模型,围绕知识创新这一环节,分析了企业当中知识管理的应用。在此基础上,通过数学模型分析,最后推导出了信息人这一关键因子在企业信息组织及知识构建当中的主导作用。
