| 摘 要： | 针对图书情报机构长久生存与可持续发展的现实需要,本文提出图书情报机构知识服务引入战略管理的重要意义.通过将战略管理理论与知识服务三维框架理论相结合,分析了知识服务战略管理的内涵.在此基础上,从要素结构因素和关联结构因素两个角度,对图书情报机构知识服务的影响因素进行了分析和调研,问卷调查和数据分析的结果验证了提出的影响因素的合理性.
