| 摘 要： | 知识集成是降低知识内耗、消除"知识孤岛"、促进知识创新与充分挖掘知识资源价值的重要环节.在分析知识管理相关研究成果的基础上,提出基于知识地图的知识集成模式,研究基于概念地图、过程地图、学科地图、职称地图和认知地图的知识集成机理,并以新产品开发知识集成为例分析这一过程,为控制知识集成过程提供新方法.
