| Abstract: | The paper makes a deep-going investigation and analysis of the main users of the library of Hefei University of Technology in using CERNet.It summarizes the common problems now existing among the users of CERNet in major technological universities.The fundamental rules and characteristics reflected by different groups of users are also described. |
