| Abstract: | In essence, knowledge network is a kind of social network and also a basic dynamic capability of the enterprise. The cultivation of enterprise knowledge network capabilities needs construction of knowledge network, meanwhile, it also needs the ensuring measures such as leader participation, knowledge culture and information network. This paper attempts to probe into the problems in the cultivation of enterprise knowledge network capabilities. |
