| 摘 要： | 资源共享本质上是利益共享,关键在于处理利益矛盾。图书情报资源共享存在着两类利益矛盾,即同一共享主体的利益矛盾和不同共享主体的利益矛盾。应构建包括资源有效配置、利益激励约束、共享协同监管、共享技术支撑在内的利益协调机制,发挥市场运作方式、政府运作方式和社会运作方式各自的作用。
