| 摘 要： | 我国从 1985年才开始实施知识产权制度 ,比国外要晚 ,专利意识比较薄弱 ,国外企业利用这一点 ,率先在我国申请了大量的专利。由于我国专利本是一片空白 ,给国外企业造就了非常好的机会 ,使得他们能够圈地式地占领我国的技术市场 ,给我国企业造成了很多麻烦。经过这几年专利意识的宣传 ,我国一些优秀的企业申请了大量的专利 ,但对于专利申请可能给它们带来的负面影响考虑不足。特别是在我国加入ＷＴＯ后 ,企业不但要能够通过专利申请保护自己的专有技术 ,还应当尽量减少过多的暴露企业信息。1 专利技术存在跟踪图 1是国内两家电信企业几年来…
