| 摘 要： | 随着科技的迅猛发展,一种新兴的网络咨询模式———虚拟咨询企业迅速发展起来,但在其提供了更多高效低成本服务的同时,虚拟咨询企业自身存在的诸多问题也一一显现出来。本文就国内虚拟咨询企业的咨询服务进行了分析,针对其目前存在的问题提出了解决方案,即建立虚拟咨询团队这一咨询运作新模式,以期对虚拟咨询企业今后的发展起到帮助、规范和推动作用。
