| 摘 要： | 知识存量是研究企业成长内在机理的全新视角,是对现有企业成长理论的创新和深化。通过构建知识存量模型来研究知识存量与企业生命周期之间的关系,发现知识存量是企业成长的必要条件,是企业规模的决定因素,是企业成长质的体现。企业的成长速度受到企业知识存量和流量两方面的影响。增加知识存量、维持企业知识系统的活力是促进企业持续成长的根本要求。文章通过深入分析影响企业知识存量的原因和对知识进行分类,从知识活动的流程和对知识工作者的管理角度提出了增加企业知识存量的途径。
