| 摘 要： | 在对有效性研究的基础上,提出虚拟团队知识共享有效性的概念;从个人、团队两个方面分析虚拟团队中影响知识共享有效性的因素,并将其作为有效性评价的输入指标体系;利用模糊多粒度语言对定性指标进行量化;利用C2R模型判断虚拟团队知识共享的相对有效性;利用DEA模型对知识共享的有效性进行评价。
